I started working with Stevie Draklan before she joined Laputka law firm, when I started my divorce/custody process. She was extremely helpful. Don't let the Bankruptcy aspect fool you. They do so much more! I am a professional driver and found my license suspended due to no fault of my own. Attorney Draklan was able to have my driving privileges restored the day I called her allowing me to continue to provide for my family. Intelligent Lawyer with Integrity!
I was at a loss with a foreclosure I had back in 2010. I needed answers regarding a judgment on my credit report. I spoke to a couple of different lawyers, and was told different things by each. I was starving for the proper guidance, and found it with Charles. His office was professional, cared about my situation, and was prompt in responding. Charles eased my mind by walking me through the foreclosure laws in PA, he explained the steps I needed to take to obtain a Precipe to Satisfy the Judgment, and informed me how to notify the credit bureaus. He utilized terms I could understand, and was patient. He also had a nice sense of humor - which was refreshing during a stressful situation.
I highly recommend Charles. He was very knowledgeable, and wasn't after my money. In fact, he gave me two options - one, I could pay him, and he could take care of everything. Or, two, he could walk me through the steps, and I could do it myself for free. What lawyer actually offers that option??? I was sold at that point.

I sought advice (Free consultation) for a recent judgement made against me from back in 2010 - Charles asked questions, I answered honestly and within less than an hour he was able to provide me with options. And not just the option of hiring him, but things I could do to help and protect myself. He was beyond knowledgeable, genuinely cared and understood my concerns.
